Physicians Executive Training Program (PEP)

The Physicians Executive Program was established in 2005 to help develop, exercise, and strengthen individual leadership within the Emory Children's Center and to foster collegiality and teamwork as we strive to realize our vision and mission. The broad curriculum offers physicians, researchers, educators, and administrators a first hand opportunity to learn the basics of the business of medicine and leadership skills. The program is a direct off-shoot of the Woodruff Leadership Academy started by Dr. Michael Johns in 2003.
