Patient Care

The Division of Rheumatology is comprised Emory University Department of Medicine clinical and basic science faculty who serve the clinical needs of the Emory Clinic, Emory University Hospital, Grady Memorial Hospital and the Atlanta VA Medical Center. 

In addition, a team of five pediatric rheumatologists provide care and participate in research through the Children's Physician Group at the affiliated Children's Healthcare of Atlanta.

Utilizing the most up-to-date treatment regimens, the Division of Rheumatology at Emory University focuses on the management of symptoms related to more than 100 types of arthritis and connective tissue diseases including lupus, vasculitis, rheumatoid arthritis, and scleroderma.

Lupus Clinic at Grady Memorial Hospital (Tuesdays)

• Sam Lim, MD and Arezou Khosroshahi, MD - Patients with systemic lupus erythematosus can be seen in the Grady Lupus Clinic after obtaining a Grady Card. Requests for new and follow-up lupus clinic appointments can be made by calling 404-616-2503.

Atlana VA Medical Center

Patients at the Atlanta VA Medical Center can be directed to the Rheumatology Clinic through their primary care team.
