Dr. Phadke is an Assistant Professor of Medicine and Associate Fellowship Program Director in the Division of Infectious Diseases at the Emory University School of Medicine. He is passionate about medical education, from the medical student to the fellow level, and in addition to direct teaching activities, he also contributes to the development of the microbiology and summation modules for pre-clinical students in the School of Medicine. His research has focused on maternal and childhood immunization, with a focus on the impact of pregnancy on vaccine responses. He is also a sub-investigator at the Emory Vaccine and Treatment Evaluation Unit (VTEU) based at the Hope Clinic.
