Subcore 1: Microarray
Start to finish DNA microarray analysis of human, mouse, and rat genomes, using the Applied Biosystems 1700 Microarray Platform. Base charge for each hybridization will cost $400. Core directors are available for consultation regarding sample preparation and submission.
DDRDC members will receive a 20% reduction in base charges.
Subcore 2: Quantitative Proteomics
This service provides a menu of proteomic techniques. Base charges for services listed below
