Dr. Cosco serves as an attending physician for the inpatient teaching services at Grady Memorial Hospital for three and a half months per year. During the remaining time, she acts as a supervising attending in the Primary Care Center.

Dr. Cosco is one of the Associate Program Directors for the Internal Medicine residency program, and she serves as the chair for the Residency Clinical Competency Committee for internal medicine. Dr. Cosco is also the Director of the Global Health Distinctions Program for the Internal Medicine Residency program. Each year, Dr. Cosco works closely with a select group of residents to further their Global Health interest and education and supports the residents' one month experience at Indian Health Services in Tuba City and one-month international clinical experience.

She was the course director for the Annual Comprehensive Board Review in Internal Medicine for both 2011 and 2012. This national meeting is Emory's annual Board Review that hosts 300 participants and 80 speakers over the five-day course.

Dr. Cosco is also an active member of the Faculty Development Committee and is coordinating the 2016 FEED conference.
