1) Question:
How do I forward my emory.edu email account to my healthcare account?
Answer:
1. Go to site: https://webmail.service.emory.edu/forward/forward.pl
2. Log in with your Emory University NetID (this is the same ID used to log into
Peoplesoft)
3. Once logged in, there will be a message giving you the current status of your
fowarding function. Choose "Enable Forwarding" if you are not currently
forwarding your email. Follow instructions to add a new account. If forwarding
to Emory Healthcare's Groupwise, please use the format:
firstname.lastname@emoryhealthcare.org
Note: If you have both an emoryhealthcare.org account and an emory.edu account, and you wish to continue to use the emory.edu account as your primary account, you will be expected to regularly check your emoryhealthcare.org account.

2) Question:
Can I select former colleagues or co-authors to serve as evaluators for my appointment or promotion?
Answer:
No. Letters of evaluation from external evaluators are expected to be from peer reviewers who are generally acknowledged experts in their fields and who do not have a close relationship to the candidate. Letters from mentors or collaborators of any type are not permissible. In addition, letters from internal evaluators are required to be from reviewers who have faculty appointments outside of the Department of Medicine.

3) Question:
I am not receiving email announcements sent to the Department of Medicine's faculty listserv. How can I make sure my correct email address is included in the listserv?
Answer:
