It is never too early to prepare for your promotion. By regularly updating your professional documents, you will greatly reduce the chance of omitting valuable information later on in the process.
Be sure to read the School of Medicine’s Guidelines on Appointment, Promotion, and Tenure so that you know what is required for your promotion or appointment. Work closely with your Division Director and mentor, and be willing to share your professional goals and objectives with them.
